1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BlackMetro website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Booking Terms
- All bookings are subject to availability confirmation
- Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak times
- Bookings must be made at least 2 hours before the requested pickup time
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
- Cancellations made 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% charge
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund
- No-shows: Charged in full
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT
- Final price is calculated based on distance and vehicle type
- Payment is required at the time of booking
- We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers
5. Service Area
Our services are available across Ireland, including all major airports (Dublin, Cork, Shannon, Knock), cities, and towns. Airport transfers include complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes.
6. Luggage and Passengers
- Please ensure your luggage matches the vehicle capacity
- Child seats are available on request at no extra charge
- Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle
7. Liability
BlackMetro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
